½ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup orange juice
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
2 tablespoons peeled and minced ginger
2 tablespoons tahini or your favorite nut butter
2 garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Combine all the ingredients in a jar.
Blend with an immersion blender until smooth, shake vigorously until emulsified, or whisk well with a hand mixer or milk frother.
Spoon on all the things!
